Hair Salon Appointments On-Site
For residents’ convenience, a hair stylist is available one day a week. Individuals are responsible for making their own appointments and paying styling fees. Services are available for men and women.
Banking:
All three of the local banks will visit Tatman Village by appointment.
Biweekly Housekeeping
Spend less time tidying up. Homes are vacuumed and dusted, bathrooms are cleaned, and kitchen and bathroom floors are mopped every other week.
Exterior Unit And Grounds Maintenance
There’s no need to be concerned about taking care of the exterior unit or cleaning exterior windows. Grounds keeping, including lawn mowing and snow removal, trash removal, and pest control are also covered.
Repair And Maintenance Services
Take the worry out of repairs and maintenance. Services are provided for Tatman Village appliances as well as electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. The monthly maintenance fee covers the costs of services that free residents from time-consuming tasks of home ownership, ease the burdens of housekeeping, and reduce time and effort required for preparation of some meals.
24-hour Emergency Maintenance Service
Staff are on call to meet emergency needs.
