Clubhouse
This beautiful, large community space featuring high ceilings and a fireplace opened in 2019 provides the perfect setting for gatherings both large and small. Residents can relax in furnished lounge areas or take advantage of private meeting spaces as needed.
We also have regular activities such as a walking group, bags competitions, bingo, and more!
Theater
A big screen TV and comfortable, theater style seating make it easy to enjoy a movie or TV favorite with a group. The theater space also accommodates wheelchairs. Movies are shown twice a week and more often if requested.
Private Dining Room for Social Occasions
The private dining room is available for use at no cost. If desired, Tatman Village can also provide catering for an additional fee.
Onsite Meals in the Central Dining Room
Home cooked evening meals and continental breakfasts are served daily in the clubhouse and the central dining room, with the main meal available at noon on Sundays. Additional meals for guests are available at a nominal cost.
Library with Computer Services
The library contains books and puzzles available for residents to enjoy as well as a computer available 24/7 for Internet access. Tatman Village also has a relationship with the Allerton Library which provides a monthly exchange of large print books, and residents can also request materials to meet their interests.

Free for Residents and Visitors in the apartments and common areas of Tatman Village.
Walking Paths and Gazebo:
Residents who enjoy outdoor activity can take advantage of paved walking paths on the campus as well as the gazebo, enjoying views of Illinois prairie wildflowers and ponds with fountains.
Exercise Equipment and Classes
Exercise equipment, including a treadmill, Air Dyne machine, and Sci-Fit Step One Total Body recumbent stepper is available for resident use, and organized exercise classes are held on a regular basis.
Social Activities:
Choose from among a variety of activities offered throughout the year: weekly coffee klatch, musical events, cookouts, bingo, programs presented by area children’s groups, and other special activities.
Worship Center:
There is a chapel available for reflection.
Carports:
Carports are available at a monthly charge and provide convenient access to your vehicle.
Birthdays:
Each resident’s birthday is celebrated with cake and a song.
